Well just going on the manga (since the anime changed up some stuff though I love it too ^_^), I believe Tamaki said that Kyoya was with his "parents" in Volume 6 during the festival so I think she is alive. We barely see parts with his family in the manga so you can't really judge on that. She may have been one of the women Kyoya's dad was talking to during the festival. |
