I think that the stawhats will be fighting the strongests in the world government, because of the story with the poneglyphs(dunnno how to write) and what happened in the 100 years gap, the world government might have taken control of the world or something and as the almost pirate king Luffy must fight the bad guys controling the world... also zorro will definelly be fighting mihawk... hmm, dunno... just a theory...
