1) Yes, there are only 13 episodes for the first season.
2) Yes, there will be a second season and I heard it will be out some time in October.
3) Manga and Anime versions always differ in a way or two.
4) Yes, there are other differences but I didn't care much. I'm loving both manga and anime of Vampire Knight!
