Mustang got Grumman from Eastern headquarters in on his coup d'etat. The Elric brothers connected the Briggs forces to the anti-Bradley coalition by telling Miles and Major-General Armstrong everything they knew. Now Miles is leading the North and Grumman the South, against Father's puppet government; the two armies were scheduled to come together for training exercises, but secretly it was a union of forces to prepare for their move. However, Bradley suspected something, and came to view the excercises. Al was with these guys in the East until Pride caught him.

Meanwhile, Scar's Ishbalite forces along with whatever Hawkeye has (possibly just those two deserters?), whoever Mustang's got with him, and Mustang's old jeesh (Charlie, Fabio, Richard, etc. from Ishbal) who blew up the bridge, are moving in on Central. The anti-Bradley group at Eastern headquarters tricked Hakuro into reporting these moves to lure Bradley into place for guerilla terrorist action on the train bridge. Major-General Armstrong intended to take advantage of the confusion to strengthen her position in the council, but Father appeared with Sloth as his bodyguard to take control of the situation.

Meanwhile, Ed is bumming around working for his youngest nephew, completely out of all the serious action and, in fact, oblivious to it. He only found out the story of Hohenheim and Homunculus. However, the 'regaining of bodies' goal is currently secondary to the 'foiling of Father' goal. And, at the moment the last chapter ended, the 'finding out if Al is even still alive' goal.

If any of that requires further clarification, dingi, say so, and I'll be happy to oblige.
