 advantage?
well either the admirals are stronger or the shichibukai see some kind of advantage to letting the marines be in charge, otherwise it seems like the shichibukai would take out the admiral system in order to become sole world leaders. i know at least some of them would have the kind of personality to try to take over (remember crocodile?) |
