As the title states, Sora Scans is back!!! They have most of their staff back and have just released 198 (its up thanks to evilkhmerz). And 199-202 will probably be out pretty soon, being as they have all the raws. And let me be the first to say WTF to the ending of 198! It's incredibly weird and insane!
