XD; I honestly don't see much of a resemblance other than the fact that there are vampires. In basically like... 50% of the things these days, there is a love triangle of sorts so saying BellaxEdwardxJacob and YukixKanamexZero really isn't much different than a bunch of other stories. The way the Cullens family treats Bella is also extremely different from the way the Night Class treat Yuki. None of their histories are similar except that they are all pain-wrought. Edward is... not exactly similar to Zero OR Kaname and Jacob is even less so.
I could go on naming a whole bunch of differences but I think you get my point n_n;
