I believe she broke all the glass because she was possessed by Oyashiro-sama.

In the case of her "friends", she beat them up because they were trying to rape her (which is the reason they never pressed charges). A lot of crap was going on around her, and she just snapped and beat them up.

When did they mention or imply that? Was it the game?

I always thought that the reason Rena snapped was because she was already infected with the Hinamizawa syndrome, and she left Hinamizawa, or more specifically, been away from Rika for too long so the disease got worse for her. When she learns about her mother planning to leave the family, that stress was enough to cause her to snap.

Those are all correct, she was under way too much stress for someone her age, and that incident just set her off.

1) Hanyuu is actually Oyashiro-sama, right? o_o If that's the case:

1a) What did she do so people 'worship' her? (Asked this out of curiousity XD)

1--It's said that she's the reincarnation of Oyashiro-sama, yes. (And then Rika-chama was after Hanyuu died and became a spirit)
1a--It wasn't what Hanyuu did, it was what Oyashiro-sama did. He was a doctor in the village a looooong time ago. He discovered and found a way for the Hinamizawa Syndrome to stay dormant and not cause any major problems in the villagers. That's where the rule "No outsiders in, no insiders out" came from.
2--That's debatable. In Saikai, the first episode of Kai, there's a theory of aliens going to Hinamizawa and releasing the parasites. "Takano was researching the Hinamizawa demon and according to her, a UFO crashed into the Onigafuchi swamp. That UFO contained parasitic virus which doesn't exist on Earth. The people who got infected by the virus became violent so they were called "Demon"." (from the Memento blog) I don't believe this, though, I think that they evolved from something. Oo

In Tatarigoroshi-hen? Well, in the manga, that's revealed to be Mamiya Rina, the one Rena kills in Tsumihoroboshi-hen. Since his bitch is dead, Houjou Teppei comes back to Hinamizawa from Okinomiya. You can also kind of tell that it's her in the anime from the star tattoo on her hip.
