I would recomend Artemis Fowl, is a five book serie with a sixth coming up, I just finished reading them all, and it's really good. In fact, those are my current favorite ^^ They made fall in love with a centaur, you know?

Anyway, if you're looking for fantasy (elfs, centaurs, pixies and dwarfs in actual time, hey), action and suspense, these are your books.

The author is Eoin Colfer.

How the hell could i have forgotten to recomend Artemis Fowl? That is a really good series..highly recomended.

Its about some demigods (half mortal + half god) that are trying to save Mount Olympus from the Titan god Kronos. Other gods and titans come into the book later as well. Its adventure/comedy/romance/ yadda yadda. You can find everything on wikipedia.

Actually, I only heard it now. But I just looked it up on the internet though,
and if it is by Cassandra Clare, I think the plot is really interesting!

this is a really good series of books that surprised me. may i recommend Karen Hancock's 'The Light of Eidon,' 'The Shadow Within,' 'Shadow over Kiriath,' and the 'Return of the Guardian King.' it's a series of sci-fi stories that revolve around a religious theme. much like the Lord of the Rings. very excellent reading, highly, highly recommended. it's a complete series and that's the order of the books, btw.

Yep, Its the one by Clarissa Clare! I forgot one other one, have you read The Wheel of Time series? Its all little more complicated then the other book i suggested but its very good and it has lots of action and really interesting politics. The first book is The Eye of the World, and if you have a little patience Im sure you'd love it!
