I've got something else for you that you might like. Check out wikipedia.org about something called Dragonlance. It's a large set of novels in a fantasy setting similar to forgotten realms with elves, dwarves, wizards, monsters, etc., etc. There are 190 Dragonlance novels. The only problem is that since there are so many books deciding where to start can be quite daunting. I think the best place to start would be with the very first Dragonlance book Dragons of Autumn Twilight by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman. Incidentally, you might want to give any book where you find those two collabortating a try. I've noticed that their books are among the best.
Wow. So many novels and trilogies at the same time.
Hmm. So, I should try reading it from the Chronicles Trilogy then?
And also there's already a movie about this novel?? Why haven't I notice this yet. XD

Erm, is Robinson Crusoe the name of the author or the title of the novel?
Thanks anyway for giving me a recommendation!

The movie was animated and went straight to dvd release on january 15, 2008. Kiefer Sutherland, Lucy Lawless, Michael Rosenbaum (Lex Luthor in Smallville), and Phil LaMarr all do some of the voices. I know how you feel, I just found out about it too.
Robinson Crusoe is a novel by Daniel Dafoe. I've never read it so I can't give you an opinion about it.

Ah, I see. So that was the name of the title. I thought it was the author. Haha.
You really know your stuff about novels, huh? Because you've just give me tons of recommendations! I'm confused of what to read first though.
Thanks!

You might want to give the Belgariad a try. It's an excellent story with great humor and some well concieved characters. The first book 'Pawn of Prophecy' is a little slow at first while the author is talking about the main characters, however, if you stick with it you'll be glad you did.

That should be great! 'cause I love comedy. XD
Thanks for your recommendation! It helps, don't worry.

That being the case, you might want to give Terry Pratchett's Discworld series a try. They just recently made a two part tv adaptation of the first novel with Sean Astin, David Jason, and Tim Curry among others. Well, to precise it was the first two novels under the title of the first one. Needless to say they left out a good portion of what was in the books but it was still funny. You can check it out on wikipedia.org if you're interested.
Enjoy

Hmm. I've just searched Terry Pratchett on Wikipedia and found out that he actually writes English Sci-Fi and fantasy novels for young adults and/or children. That's interesting. Thanks again for your help! I'll be sure to search those novels next time I go to the store.
