| I searched for a thread about those books and didn't find one. I just recently finished reading all three books and instantly loved them. Plot -- It was very interesting, and didn't end that way I thought it was going to be. Characters -- By the end of the last page I ended up liking most of the characters. My favorite would have to be Ann, Gemma, Felicity, or Pippa. I guess it's a tie. Romance -- Some very predictable pairings, and then some that weren't as predictable. Overall, I absolutely loved all three books. Even though all my friends say that nothing beats Twilight, I've read the books myself, this trilogy tops it in my opinion. Has anyone else read it? If you did and disagree with me, go ahead. I don't mind different opinions.

| I agree! I loved those books, they were so dark and complex but not overly melodramatic. My favorite characters were Gemma, Felicity, Pippa and The Gorgon! Which of the three was your favorite, mine was a close one but i really loved the last one (the second would be next) This is one series were the sequels dont disappoint. Does anyone know what the series is called or is it really the Gemma Doyle Trilogy?

The last one is my fav out of the three. The ending was just so satisfying. Even if it didn't end that way I wished it had, the actual ending left me with a sense of satisfaction. Like there were no loose ends. I'm embarassed to say this, but I had a tear in my eye when I read the last book. ![]() According to Wikipedia, Gemma Doyle Trilogy is what the series is called. I might have to check the author's website or something.
