I was very supportive of the book until I got to Book Three back to bellas point of view.
The first was very intresting because no one expected for her to get pregnate since it was thought impossible, but then when she Called Rose, it was like aw hell.
Book Two was honestly the best part of the WHOLE BOOK. I love Edward I am an Edward fan but damn Jacobs Character Grew alot more than Edwards did, well Edward has always been the same and will remain. I must admit that I liked the fact that Jacob Imprinted on Bella's daughter.
but all over the book was acceptable though you kind of knew it wasn't going to be that great Since Stephanie refused to give any of her own opinnions about it.
there would have been a better ending if she wasn't limited to four books.

I read it in 5 hours. It was OK..but my GOD it got soooooo long and boring in alot of places T_T it's like..is something going to happen or not? I feel sorry for Jacob..I liked him. THe chapter titles on his point of view were..interesting. And..anyone know what Imprinting is? My mom didnt know either ><

Imprinting is kinda like finding their soulmate. The one person that they will love unconditionally. I skimmed through all the boring dialouge. Especially if it was just repeating something already mentioned a million times, like Bella and Edward's undying love for each other.

I'd like to take the opportunity to explain to you what imprinting is!!!
Well, so you apparently now know that the so called werewolves are actually in fact shapeshifters that just coincidentally use the shape of the wolf. So among these wolves, a male wolf will suddenly "imprint" on a female. This "imprinting" is essentially "love at first sight", only much, much, much stronger. For the wolf, its finding a soul mate, someone you absolutely cannot live with, where separation causes pain. I'll give you an example. You are familiar with the stressed relationship with Sam and Leah, correct? Well, at one point, Sam and Leah were dating...and on one of his many trips over to Leah's house, he came cross her cousin, I think. At this point, Sam is already a werewolf and in love with Leah...but the second he sees her cousin, Emily, his world is blown away, literally. He soon leaves Leah because he imprinted on Emily. (Hence, the weird relationship/love triangle between the three). It happens the first time you see the girl, and then, all previous loves dissolve like they were nothing. Take Jake for example, he loves Bella more than a friend for a very long time, and can't imagine live without her...but if you remember, at the end of the chapter where Jake was just about to kill Renesme...he catches a glimpse of her...and you many remember how he described that all the strings that attached him to the world, to his pack, to his family, to BELLA....are cut forcibly....and now he hangs tightly on to the sole thread that is Renesme. Now, his entire existence is dependent on the survival of Renesme! He can't live without her, and his love for Bella is suddenly replaced with love as a friend...

Anyways, thats pretty much how I can explain it....hope you and you mom can understand now!

Anyways, yes, Im still here in this thread...its just because its not 7 where I am right now....past my bed time actually, thats why I didnt reply right away...and add that to the fact that I dont get home until after 7 because I volunteer all day, and then I have to write a bit for my next chapter of my Twilight Fanfic (Yes....I'm that obsessed. But just to let you know, in my fic, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn never happened! XD)
Anyways, I think this is gonna be my last post for today! Ill be back tomorrow to chug forth the rest of my reasons why I found BD to be disappointing....
Btw you guys, when I called Bella a slut, I didnt mean that she was one literally...it was just that I was so upset at that point when I was reading Eclipse, I yelled out things like "Slut!" and "WHORE!". Thats what I was trying to emphasize my thoughts at that time when I was reading...not that she's a slut or anything. My bad again.......I'll try to be more clear next time

A horrible ending to a mediocre series.

Many things didn't make sense or didn't flow well with the other things that Meyer built up throughout her series. Her characters changed from the first book, especially Edward. The honeymoon was boring as hell and almost every character is a complete Mary Sue. The best part of the book was from Jacob's perspective even though that wasn't so great either.

Bella was very much a Mary Sue when she got turned. She didn't seem to have a problem with being turned, she could use her power almost perfectly only after a few months, and she got the looks/strenght everything after she was turned.
I started skimming through the honeymoon when all they were doing was haivng sex. I was hoping that they would stop acting like they live for the sex after she got turned, but I was disappointed again. (I dare someone to drink an alcoholic beverage everytime Disappointment is/was mentioned in this thread!) The only persont that wasn't all that Mary-Sueish to me were the werewolves/shapeshifters, I guess.

Oh My god! i know! i sooooooo was ready for some butt kicking volturi action! But she gave me nothing! i couldnt believe it! i was very dissappionted. i mean of course i enjoyed the book but every time i expected a climax the conflict was resolved so easily...and of course bella had no new vampire blood lusting problems because that would add more conflict and we definetly dont want that...no instead lets make it so that she has an insane desire for sex with edward instead! ugh! and even with that she gave us nothing, i mean come on...if edward breaks a bedpost sleeping with bella (human)you think she's just gonna end up with a few bruises the first time they do it! exteremly dissapointing...but okay say she doesnt get hurt...the scene didnt even get heated at all during the many times in the book when bella and edward (supposedly) had sex. then why so much sex in the first place?it was more excplicit in eclipse! i went to the premiere party to get this book(BD) at 12 on the dot when it first came out on aug.2nd and i gotta say i expected so much more.but i guess it was kind of a 'wrap up book' y'know? idk (but nevertheless i enjoyed what i got to the fullest and will always love stephanie meyers work...) hey...speaking of her work, did anyone read the host...now THAT WAS AWESOME! she blew my mind with that novel (and her first adult one too!) SOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD!
