hi I'm starting the naruto fan club because I'm tired of seeing peoples threads and hating on naruto so i officially consider this club open this is an open thread for conversation and opinion

1. Signature size limit still applies. If you want to use several fanbars in your signature you may hide them under spoiler tags.
2. A new fan club must have a minimum of 10 members 2 weeks after opening or it will be closed,
3. Do not create a fan club for a character or show that already HAS a fan club. If you do so your thread will be deleted.
4. The creator of the fan club is responsible for keeping a list of all the members. If you don't think you have the dedication for this, don't start the club.
5. Any fan club closed by a moderator and or admin for any reason other than inactivity or failure to meet required members will remain closed, and duplicate threads of that fan club will be closed as well. If the and or a creator wishes to have that fan club reopened then he or she must pm a moderator and or admin asking permission to be allowed to do so. The moderators and admins will dicuss if the fan club can be reopened.
6. Fan clubs closed due to inactivity or lack of required members (this does not include any fan club closed for any other reason) can be reopened or recreated after a period of one month of it being closed (if you want it to be reopened please pm the moderator of the FC to have it reopened).
7. Fan clubs found abusing the rules, or if a mod, smod, or admin do not think that the fan club is appropriate then it will be closed.
8. Do not make chit chat threads for you fan clubs keep all chatting about your fan clubs in your thread. Amythist did have a point, if thread owners have important annoucements to make, such as events, rules, or so forth, they should be added to the first post and the title edited to let members know. This way members can have a chance to look back at it or if a member leaves more than a day they can still see it instead of having to surf back through post.
These rules are liable to change if needed.
