2. vice presidents can: answer questions from fc members, ask me to kick members out, help keep track of the member list/confirm new members, yell at people [if they do something bad]...

3. secretaries can: confirm new members, help me & the vps, guard the threads from evil fc haters, yell at people [if they do something bad]...

4. here are the guidelines for siggy makers:
-please don't put copyrights, since the siggies will be shared & we don't want members getting in trouble.

I'd got the fansubs when they came out (never heard the English dub actually! ), but I'm planning on buying it! If only they had high definition blu-ray versions with tons of special features! Then everyone would buy DVDs and not just stop at fansubs!
