|  Very nice Alyss! I'd love to join!  Sci-fi is one of those 'lost genres' (along with proper mysteries) which are so much better than, and yet ironically struggle against the masses of romance and kiddy adventure books. My favorite sci-fi series; 1. Isaac Asimov's Foundation 2. Frank Herbert's Dune

XD Did anyone watch that one movie about an earthquake that divided the top two-thirds of North America with a river that was partly formed from the fault line? ...Anyone? =o

| Oh!! Didn't know that- nice work shojohime! In fact, I was so inspired that I decided to do what I've been planning to for a while now- create a Detective club!  You're all invited! I think you'll LOVE Foundation if you read it, its classic sci-fi (light years ahead of say... Star Wars), but that's exactly why it has such an appeal! Check it out! For Dune, the books are a bit harder to get into maybe, but the sci-fi channel made an absolutely brilliant miniseries- well worth watching!

| Well, when I can, which is only when I live at my uncle's place in the holidays... Since I don't have ANY television in my room!  Shocking I know- but thankfully I can download anime series (unlicensed ones of course <---for fear of incriminating myself XD) and watch whatever broadcasts are free to stream online! Not sure if that's the same broadcast you get though since this is Australia- I remember a crappy dub of Rurouni Kenshin (as 'Samurai X') on it by way of anime...
