 |  The jokes on the Simpsons are more "smart" jokes. They allude to things more in the 90s. Family Guy alludes to pop culture now, which "our" generation knows about. And the funny stuff on Family is more violent, and more "bad" stuff. I will be very sad if this show gets canceled.

| I like The Simpsons a lot better, Family Guy is good too, but I always get the feeling of Simpsons rip-off with family guy... Peter = Homer, fat, stupid and loves food and beer (who doesn't? :P) And the other ones are all almost the same as the Simpsons, daughter is smart like Lisa, stupid son is Bart and rather smart wife is like Marge, only difference is they added a smart talking dog and a insane baby who wants to take over the world named Stewie... For the rest the jokes are usually pretty funny, but a lot of times I get the feeling The Simpsons did that joke once too, only maybe a bit difference... But either ways they're both great shows...but South Park owns them both!!! |
