It really bothering me...the wind is blowing, he running, shooting, jumping, almost explode.... and his coat is stil on his shoulders... i find it really funny and keep wondering how he does that every time i see him

But wonderful manga...really get to you...make you think.

I`ve also noticed that. In some cases it comes off and magically flys back to his shoulders later.
Anyway , I think it is the best manga ever

I just kinda thought it was attatched to him permenantly...which is pretty silly now that I think about it...yay for sociopathic magic though
