Black Cat is definitively an incredible series! ^^
I loved the art in the manga much more than the anime. The mangaka has a wonderful style, and is truly a very skilled artist.
The anime was okay. period. The characters were not as well done (both drawn and depicted) as in the manga. Also, the ending was pretty awful in the anime.
For anyone who has not yet read this series, or is planning to watch it; I recommend this series! Should definitely read it (vs. watching it, as well).
And, of course, Train is simply incredible! =D hahaha

Wheeeee~ Black Cat was an amazing manga. One of my personal favorites. <3 And I love Train, and I love Sven, and I love Eve, and I love Rinslet, and- well, I pretty much love all the characters.

After reading Black Cat, I got really interested in manga, and then poof! I magically appeared in MF. So if it wasn't for Black Cat, I probably wouldn't be here right now.

I think the anime is better, coz Train looks so cool!!! but Train in the manga looks old. But I think the anime and manga are both awesome!

The anime...idk, some of the elements of the anime were way different from what was shown in the manga. Like the manga better

Arrrgh!!! I finished the whole Black Cat manga series.
I was pretty sad to part with it. :( Good thing I have alot of other mangas to get
my manga fill.

I don't know if anybody here is really dwelling into art, and crazy about mangas, lol. (Of course, everyone is on the latter, lol.) The writer and artist of this series
is the apprentice of what I think is one of the best manga artist, Takeshi Obata. (Artist of
Hikaru No Go, Death Note & Ral Omega Grad.) That's why the art here is pretty good.

Also, go Black Cat!!! I love this series!!!

Both are good in my opinion but I think I like the manga a little better. For me though I really liked what the anime did with Saya. I saw that first and came to really like her as a character and it was easier for me to understand Train in the manga (before he tells her story in the later chps). But I still think the manga is better (maybe b/c it's the original?

im on book 5 who is chronos num. 7 i want him/her to be totaly the opposite on train !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OOOOOOH Yeaahh! i remember that they said eve will randomly age but i haven't seen is yet

I LOVE TRAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've seen the anime all the way through and I'm currently reading the manga. It is just so damn good! Most of the characters are awesome, but Sven has just a little bit more awesome than everyone else. SVEN RULES! WOOP WOOP!!!
