  |  Its because Dark Horse told this site to remove it because of violation. It is locked because of this. You should just bookmark it so you don't lose it in the future, otherwise buy the manga, which is what Dark Horse wants people to do. Its worth paying money to read it in my opinion, and I have the manga up to volume 15 so far. Hope this helped.
