|  Ichimaru Gin: All Smiles... Hopefully that's a catchy title... like the Kaname Tousen Justice title, actually this has a lot to do with that. I think Gin is a more interesting character than Tousen- what could his end be? He has no clear goals unlike Tousen (ok its conjecture even for Tousen but we can atleast see motives whereas with Gin there's zilch!), what are the reasons behind his allegiance to Aizen? Feel free to dish out anything- however wild! (but if anyone says Gin and Rangiku are actually Inoue's parents THAT'S where I draw the line!  ) |

| well lets see. hes a genius, at a ridiculously young age, he slaughters other unseated shinigamis hes has a good poker face, seen any other face? he is quite loyal to aizen, possible because it gives him the most benefits he has a harsh upbringing as he died into one of the poor reigns of SS. he avoids conflict when possible even when it does not concern him (byakuya and kenpatchi) he has a soft spot for matsumoto he looks pretty cool!

| i think he is a guy who will sit on the fence. get what i mean. work for himself. see whose powers is stronger. and who will probably give him benefits.

| try not to laugh when you hear this, but it deals somewhat along the lines of what saviorel said. i think that Ichimaru is in this whole plot strictly for his own purposes. like Aizen, i think that he desires power for something, just dont know what. however, i have the oddest feeling that it involves Matsumoto Rangiku. you remember that pretty memorable quote the two had? jeez....what was it? something like Gin saying "i wish i could be held a little longer. see you Rangiku....im sorry." yeah something like that. i think that deals along the lines of why Ichimaru joined Aizen in the first place, for his own purposes.

| i would love to see some more character development with Gin b/c to me he is one of the most interesting characters in the story i would like to see Gin have his own diabolical plot behind Aizens (like Myname suggested) but i dont think Kubo is going to go that direction, however i could see Gin double-crossing Aizen once he starts to lose
