If Byakuya got traped in Tousen's bankai, and if Byakuya also does bankai in Tousen's bankai, do you think Byakuya can protect himself?

Byakuya can probably win- he just has to think for his blades to hit everywhere except where he stands and Tousen will be in shreds! (well... atleast judging by Tousen's power at the time he took on Kenpachi)

yea I agree Byakuya will only command his blades to surround him and attack all angles except where He stands. Tousen will be pieces if that happens

I'm just guessing here- but what if Tousen is somewhat more powerful than he lets on?

And he has two shikai commands- what if he has two bankai abilities?

i was actually thinking this myself, and it is surely a possibility, but the
question is, how much stronger does this actually make Tousen?

Even if tousen does have another attack byakuya can just form a ball of his petal things around him making himself sheilded from any attacks then just shoot them in a 360 degree shot he would kill tousen easily ichigo could only fend him off because of his speed and then what if byakuya uses his bankais true ability? When he makes all those swords appear remember it slows down the person trapped inside and speeds the user up(i could be wrong) but then he could just make all the swords fall down at once if he wanted to and kill tousen that way I don't know but im sure byakuya would win.

Actually he can't make people slow down- that was just Ichigo fatigued (more die-hard training from Isshin should cure that!). But theres a bunch of ways to beat Byakuya's ability. What if he could stop time within his bankai? (in the black thingee) then all Byakuya's blades (in any of its forms) would be frozen and Tousen could kill him at his leisure! Ok so that might've been an over the top example but Byakuya's bankai can be beat!

Come to think of it that could be a fun game- think of all the ways an ability can beat Byakuya's bankai!!!

We know two right now- speed (as per Ichigo) and temporal pockets (as per my imagined up ability), can you think of anything else? (no offence to anyone! Hope I'm not chased around by an angry mob of Byakuya fans!!)

I rather like byakuya but i'm not gonna form a mob and chase you O_o anywho even if tousen could freeze time remember this when the light reflects off the blades it shows a kind of flower petal... but in tousen's bankai there is no light which means... you cant see the blades =D so byakuya could form a sheild around him and if tousen tried to walk through he'd be slashed to bits! =D though your logic is good

However the case if Tousen COULD freeze time, and Byakuya HAD had a chance to pelt everything with Sakura-blades, as long as Tousen goes tip toe he should be fine! (this reminds me of that omake where Tousen comes to Soul Society to visit that grave or something and there's a floodlight or something... I remember it was funny but I can't remember the specifics!)

And Yama's shikai (or maybe he'll need bankai) can probably literally 'melt' all of Byakuya's blades!


Ok this is getting old- lets try this; think of a zanpaktou ability that can beat RyuuginJakka!

(hmm... can't think of much myself- maybe an 'absolute zero' ability (not much chance if Hitsugaya's is the most powerful of the ice types...) or once again temporal pauses- man this is hardcore, who or rather what can beat a time technique like that?)
