| My sister and I have pondered this question for a while, but it seems that the timing of Isshin's arrival to earth, then the loss of his powers when he decided to be with Musaki, too closely relates to (speculatively) Urahara's dismissal from Soul Society. Could Isshin have been temporarily sent to earth to police Kiske? ![]() |

Isshin came to earth and lost his powers only 20 years before the whole mess started, so in my opinion there must be some other reasons for his decision of leaving SS, probably like wolven and kcal both mentioned - his love for Masaki... like kcal i hope next chapters will answer some of our neverending questions... | |
