Okay, I know that one way to become a Captain is to kill the old Captain, but is that only a 11th division thing? And Kaname's lady friend(don't think she was ever named) was killed by her husband because he killed somebody else, so wouldn't he be arrested? And I don't think Gin's killing of the third seat would go unnoticed. I would believe that you wouldn't want your soldiers to be fighting and killing each other for little reasons. And when Aizen faked his own death there was a big uproar, or do they only make a fuss when a Captain is killed?

hmmm, good question. i would have to say that the way
to become captain part, is a sort of Agni Kai, or a duel.
the winner becomes captain and the loser dies, nothing
illegal about it, if the two warriors consent. pretty much
Zaraki's way of life.

im not sure if they ever speak the fate of the woman's
husband, but he kills her over a petty argument, presumably
her witnessing him killing someone or him confiding in her.
he was most likely tried, just like Rukia, but however Sougyoku
was not the way of death.

as for Gin killing of the third seat, it was probably just presumed
that he went missing. As Shinji said in the latest chapter, if the
whole of the soul, clothing and all were gone, they were either
dead or missing, we could still find out more about this however.

hmm... i totally lost my train of thought here.. *thanks, scary mvie three...* lemmie think... em... oh yeah! I don't think it would be illeagal because if you remember WAY beck when they were saving rukia, Ganju and Ichigo were being chased by Shinigamis. They threatened to kill Hanatarou if they didnt make a path, but they didnt budge an inch because he's not in any of their squads... But it boggles my brain on why hanatarou would be there if no one else from squad 4 was there either.... *it's all very confusing!!!* lol... i might have confused you guys too, so try reading it a couple of times

lol he got separated and got lost cause hes an idiot and i think that if the person isnt extremely well liked (as aizen was) people look the other way, or in the case of kenpachi become 11th they were too afraid to do anything
