Question Strange, well, DIFFERENT relationships

Hey, is it just me, or does Clamp have a lot of Gay/lesbian couples in their books? I mean, it's not like its BAD or anything, it's just...different. I wonder, does anyone know if some of the CLAMP members themselves are gay? I hope I didn't offend anyone too much. Im just curious.

I dunno if any of them are gay or bi. But I like that they include them in stories. Its more realistic. I have heard that they love drawing girls in skimpy clothes or something and they themselves are girls.

Seeing homosexuality in manga is pretty normal; so I suggest you get used to it if you want to keep reading different manga. I don't know that much about Japanese society, but from what I've gathered, it seems as though they're not like North American society where everything is pretty much censored; where topics like homosexuality are only now becoming more accepted. It's got a long way to go still though.

As for whether there is homosexuality in CCS, it's strongly hinted at yeah. There's never any blatant love scene or anything like that. Tomoyo has feelings for Sakura, and Touya and Yukito have something, but there's never any details.

Agreed. A lot of CLAMP's work involves homosexuality. Japan is more open to it. I suggest that you get a more open mind about it. Someday everyone won't cringed at same sex couples...

I agree again with the person above me, it as a long way to go still.
