I think you'll get your wishes in the chapters to come, now that we've a respite from fighting the Level 4. They should follow Cross Marian to Headquarters where he'll explain everything, and I imagine further character development will take place back at the Order as well. That has been somewhat the pattern of the manga.

The thing is: This is shounen manga, and incidentally, the focus is on plot and not character development. Yes, it does feature character development, but not in the same way as shoujo.

Well, D.g-m is a shounen, but these days, shounen and shoujo almost don't have any differences. And even, dunno, five, eight years ago there are already shounen mangas that focus on the characters as much as they focus on the plot (like Shaman King and GUNNM).
And we can say that D.G-m focus a lot in their characters.

I agree if, well, someone above XDDD. Allen's dark side could be more explored. It would be nice, if we saw the dark side of his heart a little more, at the same time we know that he wouldn't lost his kindness.

Lulubell is the Noah of lust her power is transformation. Just like the rest represent other facets of Noah's personality.

On that note I wonder if there is a Noah of kindness or for that matter love since all the darker emotions are there what about the good ones.

Well, they're evil so I wouldn't think so. But pleasure isn't a bad thing...

I don't think Dreams are a bad thing either.

Heh, it makes me laugh that Tyki and Rhode don't represent bad things.

It's true. I don't think of them as particularly bad either, but that's just because I like their characters; they've done some pretty terrible things. But Rhode loves Allen and Tiki is charming and funny so it's difficult to see them as evil and almost impossible to dislike them, in my opinion. =^_^=
