Just finished reading chapter 158 of D-grayman. And i was shocked when i heard that DUKE is a human? the hell.. And also a new noah appears (sherrill) who is road's father. OMG road is so cute!!!!

Binktopia just release it a while ago..

yo that chapter was sooo freaking confusing, but alot of truth was told which i wondered as well. Earl does have a white side so therefore he is a noah, i think, two the scene with tiki and the others which i already knew was not a scene of the past, three the reason why the earl didn't kill Allen on the night he turned mana into an akuma, but one thing came up i was confused about....did the 14th really die, becuase they say he joined the innocents or something like that and Allen was show or focused on. So I ask was my assumptions about Allen being the new 14th coming true, because he does have a twisted mirror image now, but then again they called Allen an instrament of the 14th so like what the heck now im confused I need to read it later on today. Oh and i don't think road actully has a father, in their white world of living they probally just say that just to look like normal human beings or something because if that dude was really roads father then he be the earl's father as well because earl and road are the first born which was stated after the earl unleashed that big attack on the excorist in japan and they are sibilings as she stated back in the rewinding town ark.

ZOMG!!! that chapter rocked!!! Road and Tyki are alive!!! YAY!!
That new noah seems cool, he reminds me of principal Cross from Vampire knight, because of his personality..
Also it said that Road was adopted in the actual chapter, when it says 'you just wanted to adopt road' Though that still means they share the same last name, i think the exorcists must be thoroughly stupid not to realise he's a Noah, because they already know Road's full name.
That thing about Allen and the 14th was interesting, but they still aren't revealing much, that really bugs me! I think Allen is a decendant or a reincarnation or something...its gonna be funny when they finally reveal how they're related, i wonder if its something completely out of the blue that no ones thought of yet...
The Earl has a white form! I was wondering why they hadn't shown his face for the last couple of chapters, but it makes sence because those people would think of him as a monster if he didn't appear in a human form i suppose...

General Cross is the 14th, he's a noah (maybe). Don't you remember when allen and company where inside of the ark. The earl said that there is one noah who betrayed them and that's the 14th, and the earl said that the 14th is the only key to use the ark (not sure abut the last sentence, just check the manga)

Sorry dude reread that chapter because yes cross and the 14th met but he isn't the 14th because if he was the new 14th he would have stoped the ark without allen's help because the 14th could control the ark by himself. Mana who i think was the old 14th had taught allen some type of lanugae that apperared when he played the piano and allen questioned himself about it. And again that mirror reflection he has now is twisted or another being because if you reread i believe noah memory 4 the one when they showed how skin turned into a noah once he accepted the noah spirit his reflection showed another person with a big ass grin saying don't forgive him. Allen's reflection was singing with him when he played that piano and he heard someone singing in his head as well, comeon he has to be the new 14th there's just no way in hell he couldn't be i wish they just say it and stop prolonging the truth gezz

Yea, it really annoys me that they aren't saying anything. It's great another Noah was introduced. Fine, we learned that the Earl is causing wars. But some speculation.

And I think Timcanpy and Allen were together considered the 14th because Tim has the music. I'm not sure. But there was this old guy who was connected to the 14th and blabbed. Whatever happened to him? It seems likely he would have died in Lulu Bell's raid on the HQ and the Lvl 4 rampage.

And how is that new Noah's name spelled anyway? I might actually start to like him.

About the 14th Noah: As Itz says above, both Timcampy and Allen are required to play the ark. We have been told in the past that the 14th passed on the power to play the ark to another, some time ago. And General Cross is the one who made Tim. So, Mana must have been the 14th and passed the power to control the ark to General Cross. A bit of confirmation of that theory is provided when the Earl and Cross meet in the ark, and the Earl says, "It was you," when Cross talks to him about controlling the ark (or something related). I suppose then that Mana and Cross had contact again later when Cross created Tim and Mana taught Allen the music. Then Cross took Allen on, gave him Tim, and everything was set up for Allen in concert with Tim to be the new player of the ark.

This doesn't fit entirely well though because if Cross had the power to control the ark, why wouldn't he just play it himself; and I don't really have an answer for that, save that Cross and Mana had a plan that involved investing Allen with the power.

I have to say though: YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY RHODE AND TIKI ARE BACK FOR REALS (and this was in the present like we thought)! We were discussing how we'd have to become adjusted to Tiki's new appearance in order to find him attractive again: Well, I'm adjusted. He's so sexy. Mmm. And I'm so glad that he retained his personality, and did I mention, RHODE IS BACK for reals?!

This chapter was so much love for the Rhode Tiki bits and for all of the information we've been provided (although now the big question about the akuma has been opened up).

I'm still undecided if the Earl is a Noah. I guess he is, since someone mentioned how the Earl had said he was Rhode's brother. I don't remember that, but if you're sure...

I really am curious about the true significance of the evolution of the akuma.

We have only seen up to Level 4, but if they have some greater significance, there might be akuma who have evolved past that level elsewhere. Looking at the akuma up to Level 4, I don't really know how they could be more than what they seem, but who knows what the mangaka will reveal.

I fear we're not going to find out about the true nature of akuma for some time, unless the manga is supposed to wrap up within about 10 chapters or so.

I have to say also: Yaaaay Victorian setting. We've had impressions of it before, but it seemed so much more vivid and detailed this time. Their costumes, the house, and the street scene were so much love!

But ooooo, the Noahs are involved in politics. The world is screwed! And we've now discovered that the Earl's plan is much more feasible because he's not just using akuma; he is also infiltrating human society with the Noahs.
