|  Is chapter 110 truly a part of Death Note? I kinda thought Death Note was.. over. I would love it if it continues but the art in the chapter after ch. 110 doesn't look like Takeshi Obata's drawing? Or am I imagining things? And will there be more? thank you. | that one shot probably was made by Ohba and Obata. I think that by the way they had written and drawn it it had to be them. as for a sequel, I have no idea. But personally I think it is

| its the pilot manga. (not the sequel) that means its the first version of death note that Ohba sent to shonen jump. (the script) then shonen jump asked Obata to draw it and he did. It was published in the weekly shonen jump magazine and then shonen jump asked Ohba and Obata to make a serialization of death note. thats why the story and the drawing are a little different.  |
