I've seen part of the anime and enjoyed it and I'm considering reading the manga. Would you recommend it?

100% recommend, its a great series even through its long, once you read it, your be hooked on the series and I recommend watch the anime series as well

Definitely, the manga is really good and you'll enjoy reading it.It's more detailed too..

more detailed in how to deal with murder cases, how the murder was done and not missing a single evidence, plus not to mention they sometimes do it with comedy and a hint of romance in the mix of the whole series
