Lucy is a cold blooded killer, but through all she has been through i can see why. But the people around Kouta she wouldn't kill and she hasn't killed him. But who can i judge. Lucy doesnt understand the value of life and that is why she kills, but then like werewolfyn said, she doesnt kill Kouta, because she values his life, i think the killing in this manga represents the value of life by how much one death can affect other people

Only real part where I was sad that Lucy killed someone when was she killed Bandou. Other than that, she just plain pwned.

i think that she is not really a cold blooded killer part of her is evil while the other is for living whit us and then you have lucie who is lost in this living hell during all her life kouta was one of the few persone who saw her as a human

I feel sorry when she kills certain people. For example, when she's younger and she kills people to stay at there homes, or when she kills Kouta's family. But there are times, when people had it coming. Or at least the way the manga/anime portray them, really can't feel to sorry for them.

i think it´s hard to understand for the "normal" people...like kouta or other humans.
lucy´s victims seemed to be no man for her..more like apes,which means lower animals.
of course we know that diclonius are not able to kill other animals,
but for her mankind isn´t a race who needs to be protected.
it´s like when we hit a fly or something like that.
so her inner dna voice told her to kill the people.in the current chapter can be found some excamples that lucy really tried to ignore her inner voice,but failed....

I can agree on that... Its psychologic, lets think that she hadnt such a bad childhood, what would she be then? Still the cold blooded killer or a nice girl that every man would like as a wife, who knows? But anyway what do i know havent read the manga yet, have only watched the anime, so ill leave that decision to you guys who have read it.

Same goes for me...I freakin cried back there(I don't know why either O,O''')when he got killed.
His death was somehow different from the other deaths...his death was far more tragic,I pitty Mayu for losing a close friend & it was so sad that she kissed him in the end for a repayment...i'm still stunned from that moment on...I HATE LUCY FOT THAT!!!
