I knew she was going to be changed by Tohru but she did made such a difference in appearence throughout the end! I like the new Akito though!

not really, because I know that the anime is different from the manga series, but after seeing the anime series, I knew that there would be some change with her

I liked her better when she was possesive, and a boy! I think she looked better thinking she was a boy =/ but yes actually, I was surprised at her change, 'cause it was a drastic change in such little time, but I'm glad she was happy at the end ^^

I didn't really see her being a girl but even though I was suprised Furuba seems to have some gender problem

It's funny cause in a magazine called Anime Insider someone wrote in saying that they'd heard online that Akito was a girl really and they were freaking out and wanted to know if it was true.

It was a really old isue I think before or just when the manga was coming out in America.
The guy who answers the questions showed a pic of Akito from the anime and said deffinantly no Akito was a guy is a really 'duh' kind of way. Then he went on some rant saying in fancy metophorical ways that people on the internet were flat out liars and not to be believed. Something like saying we were bugs hyped up on sugury drinks- i don't remember.
And though that is mostly true it kind of made me pissed that he could go on so pompously when those bugs were right and he was wrong. But mostly it really made me laugh cause hey Akito is a girl people!

But besides all that i really love Akito as much as I do every other character and I said this on some other fourum on here but i really feel for her and in vol. 17 with Kureno Takaya-san immediatly made me feel what she was feeling and i cried hard. I like authors and artist like that who never really make a villian- its more real because no one is truely evil or good

Yin and Yang rules the world!!!

I was actully suprized as to how much she didn't change in regards to the other characters.

Well I guess I spoiled that for myself ^_^ oops....i enjoy spoiling manga and books for myself though. It makes it easier to put down the book esp since I read from like 5pm to 3 am once XD

akito is my favourite character in the entire manga

I used to obsess over the few bits in the first few mangas where they mentioned her name. Later when they revealed she was a girl I liked her even more because it explained a lot about her character... though it wasnt very shocking HAHA, just... LOVELY

and I was sooo happy that she appeared so much more towards the end I bought them all in chinese. AKITO FTW!

I kind of figured Akito would change her personelity but its still hard to see akito as a girl though
