I was just in barnes and Noble one day and happened to pick it up. It looked pretty cool, so I got the first three volumes that day. That was about 2 years ago, and it was one of the best things I found at B&N.

A friend is obsessed with the anime, and I finally got annoyed with the raving and decided to check it out. But since my computer doesn't like to load vids () I read the manga instead. And I like it better

My sister told me about it. I wasn't interested at first because i didn't watch anime as much. But then again, 2 month later; i was REALLY bored and my sister told me to watch Fruits Basket and i was like " Ohh what the hay, why not huh". So i decided to watch it and immediately i got hooked to it since i love romance genres. I knew the anime wasn't complete, so i decided to read the manga and finished it^^

So Fruits Baskets got me into reading more other mangas and watching more anime^^ I'm just on hold on watching dramas lately ^__^
lol

I found it by a website called GaiaOnline. I was just wandering around the anime forums untill I saw that alot of people suggested to watch it. So I was like "Why not?" so I watched the anime and then read the manga online. At that time I didn't know my school libary had manga in it.

Actually it was during like... two summers ago and my sis and I were kinda stuck at home with nothing to do and she and I watched anime but not like... as hard core as we do now. Well she came across Fruits Basket and showed it to me and I quickly became a Feruba fan girl! hehehe now I am like crazy about it and am right now collecting the books as they come out. (the anime we watched before Fruits Basket was Inuyasha and Blood +)

I found out through a friend. She knew I liked stories with fantasy and drama and told me about this. I fell in Love with this series after I read the first volume and continue to read today.
