| I was just wondering if there was any manga/anime in which a character died and you were terribly sad about. Not like Nina Tucker, where you think, 'That's so sad!' but when it REALLY got to you. The only time this ever happened to me was in the Fullmetal Alchemist movie. *SPOILER FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T SEEN IT* ...When Alfons Heiderich was shot and killed. Every image of him when he was shot and when he was dead would bring tears to my eyes and I would think about how great a character he was, what a good friend to Ed he was, and got upset about how little a role (although bigger than most) he received. What about you guys? |

| Man Behind the Curtain | The deaths of Greed's chimaera comrades really got to me, and L in Death Note was a heavy blow, but the only one that really, really hit me, so much that it's embarrassing, that I kept thinking about it in horror for days and wasn't equal to the idea for weeks, is the 'death' of Riff in Kaori Yuki's Godchild. That was awful. Anybody else here experienced that one? |

| I is Gender Confused L | The death of Mae affected me heaps. It's surprising how much it can affect you. So much love the man had for his family, how he lightened everyone's day with a single smile. Then being killed by an awful reason (Which is quite common, even in our society under our noses). In that death, i would have been happy to see my loved one for one last time, but depressed that the person who killed you was taking the form of that person...
