|  sorry folks The new anime series for fma has not officially been decided yet nor have they even began the project. "After the purported leak, BONES President Masahiko Minami posted an official statement that said that no file with this same formatted information existed within the company. When asked about the possibility of a sequel to Fullmetal Alchemist or Darker than BLACK (another BONES anime), Minami told ANN, "It hasn't been decided yet. We are interested in doing them. As original science-fiction works, they were extremely fascinating. | sighhh When I read that there was going to be a new anime my heart skipped a beat... PLEASEEEEEEEE DO IT!! FMA is the best I don't even care if the new anime isn't as good as the old one ( I mean, the old one would be pretty hard to beat!) I'm going to wait patiently........  |

| Based on AnimeNewsNetwork, if they are producing a new FMA series it will be released April 2009. I hope this is a remake using the manga's plot and not a sequel to where Shamballa left off (no offense to the anime lovers but Dante was not cool at all, Father kicks more butt). I wanna see Ling in the anime!!! I LOVE LING!!!!  |

| They are making it...well im pretty certain, i mean it was on the newest release of the FMA cover, but that coulda been added there by the scanlators...... meh >.< i just want there to be a new series....
