incase you forgot, YUKA also wants to be with mikan. so there'll be four. but here's my own point of view.

if mikan will choose YUKA, then she'll be influenced by the Z organization... and who knows she might be persuaded to become a part of it?

if she'll choose NARUMI, then that means living alone together. pretty boring huh? narumi can't find a job in the outer world (places excluding the academy) because he can't right he's been a teacher at "this school" in his bio data. how will he sustain mikan then? (alright i know that's pretty mean)

if she'll go with HOTARU, then that means friends forever. but -i think- mikan'll be in the greatest danger if she choose hotaru among the four. but hotaru will be sent to other country right? i think its quite impossible to be with her.

if she stays with NATSUME, that means running away from the academy and... live their lives in a way i can't imagine. natsume said he wants to run away with mikan and be together forever.

then that means fighting ESP, persona, luna, nobara and the people in the dangerous ability class. after all, natsume tends to fight back if it means hurting mikan. otherwise, they can't strive for peace and they'll be always running away and hunted down.

that's quite an explanation but it think Mikan won't choose anyone. knowing her, she might just say: "let's all be together forever!" (with Hotaru, with Natsume, with her friends, senpias, and senseis) but if she has to choose only one, then its natsume. she specially mentioned his name in chapter 97... Mikan" i have to leave the academy... leave everyone... leave natsume" or something like that. so there.

the 99 chapter i have read the summary and 98 on one website but i don't remember what the website was named.

in 98 Natsume and Mikan was running to the Hana Hime, he says that he wants to be an adult at this moment and Run away with her which made Mikan cry but she said "..me too.."

99 the two best friends reunitied once again, what i understand she only have two with her too escape the academy, Hotaru and Natsume. We can see Ruka again, he was saved by Noda-sensei. Ruka felt pain when he saw Mikan witth his best friend.

I think Mikan will escape with her mother in the end...and maybe she will go back to her jii-chan
I don't care about Narumi...I would like if Natsume goes with her, but I think that if they really escape, they'll return normally to their families (because after all they are still children...)

It is pointless for her to end up with anyone other than Natsume. HE needs her nullification abilities far more than anyone else does.

Having said that, I can't see them actually leaving the academy, when their friends are still there and in possible danger.

I think they might *hide* for awhile to allow Natsume to recover, but that's about it.
