I have seen the discussion of the ending and I feel many people are subjective towards the ending which manaka chose Nishino instead of Toujou, that is, not choosing the heroine of the story, can be viewed as very unorthodox for a love novel.

At first, I was also Toujou's fan, who thought in the end it's best that she would become Manaka's lover. However, as the story progresses, especially towards the very end, I feel that the author created a different mood for the readers, where Toujou appeared to have some fatal flaw which prevented her to become Manaka's lover, where on the other hand, Nishino conqured her own weakness which Manaka fell for her.

Personally, I feel that my shift of feeling is completely manipulated by the author's way of writing this story. I dont know whether you guys feel the same way or not, but I really loved this story, and I feel maybe it ended the best way it possibly could. But what's really disappointing to me is that, Toujou and Manaka share the same "destiny number."

I hope I am not being too corny or far fetched, but I'd like to hear people's opinion on this, so please discuss.

The author pick nishino, the reason is its the request of all the fans in their country.. I think they make a poll.. And, at the end.. Nishino prevail..

i dunno... even after reading how the author wrote the story.. im still disappointed that manaka was with nishino in the end.. i guess im just a aya-fan.. =) lol. i personally feel that the reason why nishino and manaka got together was merely through consequences and everything happened at the right time.. whereas aya, everything happened at the wrong time and that you can see how aya truly loves manaka i guess? just imo. =\

Well I think if we look at how the story develops, Aya had a fatal character flaw prevented her become Manakas' lover. On the other hand, Nishino was able to conqure her own weakness by confessing with the bar, and of course the cosequences later. Thus Manaka chose her, by common sense I believe.

So if that's how the story develops, I think it is really the author's way of putting it.

But I still have some questions, in which Manaka read Toujou's novel, it says the main character chose the "childhood friend" instead of the "princess", so I really thought it meant as Manaka chose Toujou, what do you guys think of the implication of the novel? Did it really affect Manaka's choice? I have doubts. Because I think "childhood friend" = Toujou.

PS. Man I love your picture of Toujou, can u get a coloured one? And with Nishino as well? Thanks lol.

i think the reason manaka chose nishino is because of the accident with toujou brother he thought that toujou already got herself a boyfriend and than there is no chance with toujou than he saw nishino and decided to go out with nishino maybe he choose nishino due to jealous of toujou brother accident he didn't think twice he saw nishino and just ask her out .....When manaka saw toujou during the fair thingy he let go of nishino hand quicky which i assumed that he still like toujou a lot but already went out with nishino and he just love both of them too much to hurt one or another feeling and already is going out with nishino again so he decided to close up his feeling for toujou and move on

so sad ..........Toujou to the end!!

That is true....I think if Manaka never thought that Toujo got herself a boyfriend, he would never went out with Nishino

Maybe.... I really think its a big pain for Aya.

I mean she was th first person to let Manaka see her panties. U.U" And I thought Manaka was looking for her...? Manaka go to Aya please.....!
