I was skeptical when I first started reading, but since there was nothing new I wanted to read, I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did. The story, the depths of the characters are great. I was too impatient and skipped to the last couple of pages to make sure I wouldn't be crying the entire time I read it.

What a poignant love story!!

i kno!!! the ending was soo much better compared to other romance manga (most of them have lame "la-de-da" endings...) and i was soo happy how they ended up!!!

Mars is the manga that made me a die-hard Souryo Fuyumi fan. It's unfortunate I've only read about three of her works, but she consistently makes a great story. If you liked this, I suggest you read her one-shot Doll (if you haven't already). Or Eternal Sabbath, which was wonderful, though I wouldn't call it a ROMANCE per se. It's more of a psychological thriller than anything else. It's not on mangafox (at least I don't think so), but you can download it almost anywhere. My only complaint was that ES was...well...kind of depressing. (I'm not gonna spoil it for any new readers, but the ending was kind of bittersweet. Much as I hate to admit, I'm kind of a sap; I love happy endings-in manga. Not that I can't read a tragedy...but...I like it when everyone gets what they deserve-whether it's happiness of eternal suffering.)

Oh my! Oh my! The way you said that.... makes me want to never finish this story........... or at least stop reading before "the point of no return"............

Dont worry the ending is not a tragedy.

Such a touching story! Oh my! I'm crying!

I shouldn't have read so fast! It took me 3 days only to finish......... Oh my! I'll miss Kira and Rei!

Oh my! I wanna write a review for it! It was so touching... Oh my! I can't write right now cuz I can't see the keyboard clearly! I'll post later wot I felt for this story... I need to digest it first........

really love this., i read this a long time ago but i still reads it., the drama is not too heavy nor too light, it was just right., especially with Kira's past., i really love Rei, he's so cool.,

Kira kinda looks like Britney Spears (when she was just starting out).,

This is definitely one of my favorite manga. The love between Rei and Kira are so sweet.
