|  Who Grew Up The Most so...yeah...who grew up the MOST (physically,mentally or ability wise...or whatever u want)over the 2 and a half years or so. | I would say Neji emotionally. He went from all about me and fate to risking his life for his friends and village. He gave up on revenge (Sasuke should have taken notes) and now beleives he can change his future. He just has an overall better disposition  |

| not even not even naruto has changed alot i mean he has matured physiclly and mentally since he now thinks about the actions he takes like at the begining of shippuden where he fights kakashi he semmed more able to fight up until now we havent seen naruto in full action really he hasnt shown much new justsus plus he was trained by a sannin so i think he better than kishimoto has let on |
