I don't think he will ever use the nine tails chakara again....
I think that if he were to rid him self of the kiyubi he would be better off: he would be able to better control his chakara, have more since his wouldn't be suppressing the ninetails all the time, and he would still have the incredible stamina and healing abilities.

I think the nine-tails will try to come out, but Naruto will stop it before it does. That way he won't hurt anyone or himself.

Yes and No! In having the fox, his body has had to become accustomed to constantly being torn down. Now during battle, when he unleashes the nine tails chakara and instantly healed it was the fox that healed him. What I'm saying is he has a much faster healing rate than most other people because of growing up with the fox being inside him and he will have that if the fox is removed (guessing he survives of course).
