i believe that the greatest sinobi of his time is and will be sikamaru!!

i mean-his intellingent is his only weapon and he dealt with one akatsuki member or by himself-and he won!!

Yes! too bad he's not on the list for the reason perhaps of the chakra matters from the poll creators point of view., he can become like the 3rd hokage with that supergenius iq, all he lack is the amount of chakra right? so I'll just vote for the other genius in the list. Kakashi.

yes but naruto beat the more powerful akaktsuki kakauza abd bsides i choose peinb since he just defeated who i would say was the strongest alive jiraya and im just not sure madara is really madara for one reason,ems is supposed to b eternal and wen u c kakashi luk into tobis eye its regular sharingan.so unless u can unactivate it i dont think he is actually madara if he is hez the strongest

i really dont think brains is evrey thing the reason of kakashis strength is that powerfukk is bcuz he has the shringan a very powerful doujutsu so ha

tobi isnt dead,shikamaru cant be hokage because he may be smart but he isnt that strong,he defeated hidan as an revange.I voted for pain.
