Sanji will probably win some other girl's heart. I bet Nami will go with Luffy and Robin will be with Zolo. That's just a guess.

Luffy and Zoro will never be with women cause Luffy's way too childish, and Zoro's just too much obsessed with reaching his goal of becoming the best Swordsman in the world.

I think Sanji is gonna have some other girl,
because he'll soon realize that Nami and Robin are just like sisters,
and they'll never have a serious relationship he is looking for.
