Hello, I've been confused here

.... It's about the D on Monkey D. Luffy or Haguar D. Sauro. Even Gold D. Roger! So what did you say?

2. You forgott to mention: Monkey D. Dragon and Monkey D. Garp...

I think it's just the way Eiichir Oda wants to symbolise the strong people which are friendly with Luffy...

You also forgot Portgas D. Ace, and I think it's some family connection maybe not even blood related just a group of people who were so close they thought of each other as family, each one has similar personalities and quirks Garp, Luffy, and Ace falling asleep at random times. Dedicated to their dreams, and Sauro (Saul) even said that he didn't know what D stood for, but all he knew was everyone in his family carried it in their name. They are all incredibly strong, have simple solutions for "complicated" problems, and even though they seem stupid at times they are actually quite intelligent.

I think the doctor from the drum country said that "so the D. will still carries on", maybe people with the middle initial D will all look for One Piece, or so far it seems so
