There will be atleast 1 or 2 more members cause in the first manga chapter Luffy says that he will have a pirate crew of atleast 10 members.

I think the next member will be a woman because there are more men than women in the crew.

When Brook Joined the crew it's says 8th member, and if u go back Luffy says he want at least crew of 10 crew and get ONE PIECE. May be he get more. But the min crew limit he set is 10. Also VIVI is a honor y Straw Hat Crew, not officially joined. She said something like "i would love to go with u guys again after i helped my country" something like that. She is the same as Nami. Name only became official after Arlong Park went down. So lets wait and see what are the 2 new exciting members of Straw Hat Crew.

As everybody thinks, I suppose the next member of the crew will be a woman. But I don't think it's going to be Caimie, she will probably go on selling takoyakis with Hacchi after this arc. Because if they hire Caimie in the crew, they have to keep Hacchi and their other friend (I forgot his name) in too. But they're not really strong in fight, they're tekoyakis sellers.
That's why, like I said in another post, it would be Perona because she's vanished exactly as the whole crew. And maybe the SH will meet her where Kuma sent all of them. But I'm not really sure of this because she may be already dead too so, wait and see...
