well, we know what law can do but his powers aren't as obvious as kids. kid does clearly use magnetism, and those who have read and watched Xmen know how powerful that is

Law on the other hand can switch places of objct within his circle, but the circle could mean so much more. and he probably needs the circle to do anything.

I like law a lot more than kid, but I think that kid deserve a bigger bounty since he seems a lot more crazy and he did a lot of damgage to civilians.

and about kuma, I also think hes toast as a cyborg against a magneto-wannabe.

Yeah...I concur with aforesaid. Unless he works out a way to use his 'reject' ability against the magnetism, of course. (By the way, someone brought up the word 'fearful' a few posts back; it's a weird word because it can be used to mean two opposite things. A fearful person can be one who inspires or is filled with fear. It's like it got halfway through the mutation that made 'awful' what it is, and then stopped in the middle.)

judging by power, law is inferior to luffy since he's got this room thing and isnt that a limit to his power???i mean he can use it inside that room only, luffy could easily extend his feet kicking this guy's butt.. but his power is cool though...
