the shichibukai..i think crcdile is the weakest among the shichibukais,so i think he would be eaily defeated by an admiral,but for people like mihwak,don flamingo,i thnk they can beat an admiral..and te shichibukai has 7 member while there are only 3 admirals..

hehe i think that shischibukais are weaker than admirals because 1)if the schischibukais were stronger why should they obey the world goverment(wg)???? 2)we saw 2 admirals abilities (aokjii=ice)(kizzaru=light) who from the schischibukais could beat them??mihawk couldnt even touch them right??? and 3)the admirals are supposed to be the ultimate weapon of wg if they were weakers then shichibukais then schischibukais were supposed to be..............................................:w ow:

I would say Admirals

1. They Marines have less Admirals than Shiki ( so probably to make it even )

2. The Strawhats have not even got close to beatting 1 !!!! Admiral

3. The Admirals are higher ranked than Shiki

4. Admirals can order BUSTER CALLS !!! ( so more power to the marines means more priviliges )

The world powers are Shichibukai, MARINES (all of them), and Yonkou. The admirals are just the strongest but 7 pirates are equal in power to all of the marines. And Mihawk has spared with Shanks, 1 of 4 pirates that are as strong as the other two powers.

The Shichibukai don't have ranks in the army, they are just guarenteed leniency by the government. And the Strawhats, can't be Kuma, they can't even hurt him, and he wasn't even trying to kill them. And saying the Admirals can make Buster Calls isn't showing their power because it means they wouldn't be able to handle it themselves.

1. Blackbeard could beat both Aokiji and Kizzaru because the moment they touch him they lose their powers.
2. Mihawk can beat Kizzaru, Rayleigh has proved that you can block Kizzaru's light.
3. The WG has incredibly strong vice-admirals and lower ranks, look at the guy that Luffy just recently fought, and look at CP9.

And we really don't know the extent of the Shichibukai's power, that said we really don't know the extent of the Admiral's powers. But I personally think the Shichibukai are stronger than the Admirals. i think everyone who can use Haki could touch logias
back on whitebeards ship shanks was using Haki and could stop Whitebeard and his crew members and i think mihawk was using Haki too when he fought with zoro
thats why he could stop zoro just with his little knife and could destroy don creeks ship in an instant

alright guys u messed everything up.. here's how the order is supposed to be.

1st place and most powerfull are the yonkou's
2nd place still quite powerfull are admirals except the fleet admiral sengoku which might be equal to one of the yonkou's.
3rd place are the shichibukai's which i'd say they are equal to marine vice admirals except there might be more vice admirals then shichibukai's but still a vice admiral should have about the same firepower as a shichibukai.

although in the anime series will probably see a shichibukai putting up against an admiral one by one and etc.. there might also be a vice admiral beating a shichibukai or even fighting against a yonkou all by himself..

i think it depends on the shichibukai. where as luffy beat croc, he only beat him because he used his weakness to water. so if other pirates fought him they might not have won. but kuma kicked the a$$ of the whole sh crew at once and it was just a robot or something. then the real one sent them flying. so..it just depends on the person and the circumstances overall.

Marines score a 10 on the power rating by both man power and numbers. its one big organization, so its controlled from the top of the pyramid.

The shuichibakai are individual commodores with devil fruit powers, they don't have the financial backing to either train it to its fullest potential OR have the man power to challenge the Marines.

the others are insignificant for the moment.

So! my theory for the 7P are tolerated out of either honor or lazyness. the navy doesn't want to waste resources on wiping these guys out because it would throw away the order in the pirate world, and it would waste military men. lots of em. I'm talking thousands, tens of thousands, just to take these guys down.

anyone ever see that episode of malcolm in the middle where Reese stops bullying people? now imagine that with pirates. it would be absolute chaos.
