i would say the yonkou..wh?because there are only 4 of them and the shichibukai has 7.so the WG needs 7 former pirates just to control the yonkous..and most of all,the yonkou has whitebeard,and they say that he was the only one who was able to battle te pirate king equally,so i think that is enough to prove that the yonkou is stronger...

If they fight one in one yonkou's are going to win. they are far to stronger. But I also think that WG is equale to 7 Shichibukai and equale to 4 yonkou they are all equal to themself WG=7 shichibukai=4 yonkou.
"BUT" there is one thing that I don't undestand why does WG need all the shichibukai to confront WB crew? It's posible that in the WB crew each comender is strong like a shichibukai? cause if ace (2d comander) is so strong than imagine the 1st one. Moria mentioned it that he losed against "kaede" (I'm not sure about his name) in the new world. so he might be the last shichibukai or the 4th yonkou, if there WB,Shanks and Dragon are the first 3. But the strongest of all them for the moment is Dargon Luffis dady. It's all messed up a lil'bit. what do you think?

mates yonkus are far more stronger than shischibukais and marines headquarters too otherwise the world goverment had beat them by nowalso i hae to mention that yonkus are going to lose their stronger man(whitebeard)i am not really sure (i hope i am wrong)that whitebeard is going to die in the battle to free Ace!!!!!i am not sure though i hope i am wrong

I agree that the Yonkou's is a little bit stronger than the Shichibukai's or the marines, though i think they can't be extremely more so. After all, the combined power of the Marines and Shichibukai are enough to at least keep the Yonkou at bay. Garp also stated that the three maintains a balance, so i assume that they are probably almost equal.
Each group has also a differing sense of loyalty to the government.
Marines are very Loyal to the Government.
Shichibukai are Neutral to the Government (They can submit or go against the WG).
Yonkou is against the Government (though not in the same sense as that of Dragon's intention to topple the WG).

the yonkous are way stronger than everybody else. and the most of them have a large crew full of strong members.

whitebeard is as strong as gol d. roger. just imagine how strong rayleigh is!

blackbeard was just abled to catch ace because of his ability ( he told his nakamas to stay behind, because they would be killed by ace if the butt in.) and ace is just the second divisions commander.

blackbeards ability wouldn´t work on some one strong without df ability, like whitebeard.

shanks and mihawk have about the same strength. but shanks has a very very strong crew, too and mihawk is alone.

and boa hancocks ability wouldn´t work on such strong guys like whitebeard or shanks.

moria was a weakling in close combat and his former crew was completely killed by one of the yonkou.

Yonkou's... isn't Arlongs leader a Yonkou? or is he a Shichbukai...

he is one of them thats all I know and he was apparently incredibly strong...

Shanks and Mihawk are equal in swordsmanship...and Whitebeard is a fucking legend with incredible soldiers underneath him... Moria = Crap. I believe even Kuma would struggle... Don Flamingo (or whatever) might work but im not sure... and if the Yonkou go against the WG Dragon would definently see that as his chance to take down the WG with his rebels and would probably strike as well.

So in that sense the WG would FALL.

coz black beard used to work UNDER white beard...i think that the yonku are stronger
just luffy defeated 2 shichibukai and he`s NOT even a yonkou ( i think luffy can defeat 2 more, boa hancok and the guy who can control people`s action)
