in my thought it would have to be a girl from the amazoness tribe,since a alot of them were shocked to see luffy,who was a man, something that they had never seen before,hell one of them seems curious enough to wish to know more about them and the world i guess,and if one does join sanji will be overjoyed,depending on the womens appearence

May-be Kuma has send the SH members to Islands next to the place where Ace should be Killed and they save him

I like that theory. That way Luffy won’t have to fight him, as well as having to fight his brother. We already know the World Government is preparing to fight Whitebeard and Garp already know there will be heavy loses so the World Government wont hold back and they’ll throw all they have at them. So if Whitebeard won, it’ll be the possible collapse of the W.G. and that’s unacceptable being there is so much more left to do. Also most animes are about the new generations taking over and Whitebeard is old like L1nk99 said, he hasn’t gotten to One Piece by now, its time for him to step down. But i doubt Ace will join. . . itll be cool but no, hell be stronger then Luffy the captain and you cant have that.

I don't think it would be Ace nor Rayleigh. Luffy said so himself that when they meet Ace it would be as rivals which rules out the idea of him being invited to join the crew. Rayleigh on the other hand, already knows the location of the One Piece, which Luffy does not want to know prior to finding it since it would make the adventure boring, hence it would be highly unlikely for him to get invited to the crew.
My theory would be one of the Amazons, since the crew needs another female nakama. One that is more on the innocent side or naive even, unlike Nami and Robin. Margaret of the Amazons fits the picture but i'm not yet sure. Camie is also a bit naive but i'm having trouble picturing her joining the adventure on land.

i hope its either margaret or a merman with a devil fruit ability. that way even if he cant swim because of the fruit he can still swim cuz of his merman abilitys. or so i am gueseing.

I was so hype thinking an Amazon would join, but after reading this chapter and actually thinking it I’m about 90% positive it won’t happen, here’s why.

1. Think back, every time someone new joined the crew Luffy said in advance he’s looking for someone. . . (at least I think, could be wrong)

2. There doesn’t seem to be anyone really strong on the island, besides the secret of the really strong arrows not even Boa Hancock looks strong (at least not physically) she just seems to have a really powerful ability.

3. The second it was announced that that was an island of warriors and that the strongest is crowned the most beautiful and the leader, it was pretty much an un-official challenge to Luffy.

Here’s what I think might happen on this island, here Luffy will learn to control his "heart/spirit" which will help against Zoan ability users. He'll free the island of Boa Hancocks tyranny just like Sky Piea (she doesn’t seem to nice), his bounty wont increase because shell have her title taken away.

Yeah, well, I'm affraid u're forgetting about 1 tiny detail about Luffy:
He's an idiot with child's mind. He can't fall in love for a woman (like Sanji does for eveny one), love for food maybe, but not woman, so I seriously debut that Boa Hancock's devil fruit ability will have any effect on him. So I can simply imagen the shock that will erupt when the amazon queen herself won't be able to stop him. =P
And I believe that Margaret, will probably gonna be the next crew member, like many others said previously. And beside, she still didn't have a chance to see Luffy's Kintama (aka Balls of Gold). XDDDD
