Personally i think it would be an easy fight for all of the SH pirates to win against Naruto world, would be some trouble to take down the kyuubi but for all of the OP and Naru fans here, think of how destructive Luffy, Zoro and Sanji can be (Gear 3rd is like, whew), Usopp and Nami would have some trouble, but they aren't fighters anyways. Genjutsu would be pretty powerful considering none of the people in OP world got any clue how to dispell it, tho Luffy has pretty good insticts so it may even out.

I don't think that Luffy can be trapped in a genjustu because he still can fight when knocked out remember the time when he beat up the entire pirate crew when he was hypnotized.

OK a bunch of wannabe ninjas going up against a man made entirly out of lightning, an man made of fire, people who can steal your shadows forever and drain your body of water, a kid you can stretch, fght for like 15 hours and not get tired not to mentio scare the shit out of an animel by looking at it, a clown who can seperate everry body part, a woman who cant be touched by anything because her skin texture, A REINDEER!, a cyborg, a woman who can break you neck from 50 feet away, a girl who can control the weather, a samuarai who can us three swords and not break a sweat and can survive a cut to all organs and spine and live, a man that can slow down time, a chef who can kick like 15 tons of steel like 5 feet away, a human sword, a girl who controls you from painting on you, EXSPLODING BOOGERS!, random dorrways from air, ROB LUCCI, i can go on all day.

Is this supposed to be tournament style or random environment melee? I am somewhat familiar with both series and a tournament would allow the pirates a better chance. Some things for those not familiar with Naruto should consider: all ninjas can summon/control water or lightning or fire or wind or earth (jonin and higher must be able to manipulate at least 2 of these), Kakashi's newest attack allows him to remove volumes of this reality and put them into another (instant death), Genjutsu is not like hypnosis and can cause injury/death, an attack from the shadows is common for ninjas since they favor surprise, the ninjas in naruto are generally faster than the pirates in one piece, teleportation and summoning of certain animals some quite large (i don't recall the pirates faring well against the giant snake)
While certain match ups would favor the pirates, most would favor the ninjas.
Perhaps more specific match ups should be discussed in greater detail rather than this generalization as this is far too speculative.
