Other than Don Flamingo(?) which OP characters can manipulate characters at a distance?
Ino and her father could take over the opponents' bodies and make them kill each other as can Shikimaru and his father. While the elemental fruit users are extremely powerful when in their elemental form, the naruto characters could manipulate them. Luffy is very powerful in his 2nd and 3rd gears but he wears out as does Robin (kinda like running out of chakra).
A ninja could avoid him or leave the area only to return and attack from the shadows. Ninjas are not above running from a battle as their primary function is information gathering and generally favor surprise/ambush style tactics. In terms of strategy the ninjas would probably win since they do not generally fight honorably. While one on one honorable combat would favor OP, why would a ninja fight that way?
As cool as the lightning guy is, he never faced rubber until Luffy and lightning can only move so fast. (Some ninjas in Naruto can move faster than light)
Kakashi's mangekyo sharingan eye allows him to remove from reality anything he can see. Since it doesn't involve much if any motion and is instantaneous even mantra wouldn't save you from it.

OP is more mature than Naruto as the characters are older and there is less toilet humor.

the same question is on the naruto board and they all say that with genjustu(ilusions) they would win but in my eyes most one piece characters are gulable or hav silly quirks but in fights they dont give no quater when they hav a goal they dont stop till they drop
naruto being faster? hello cp9 all have soro (i think thats right) and thats split second movement so they become instantly faster even coby can use this

sharingan dont cound for nuthing cos even if kakashi can remove things from this reality the effects it has on him are so much he will only be able to use it 4-5 times before beinging a sitting duck so its pretty much pointless

In an all out war with all Naruto characters against all One Piece characters would favor the ninjas since they are already organized for that style combat: advanced tactics, info gathering, etc... In a prolonged war, Naruto world has the advantage but I think One Piece world would win if and only if they win very quickly.... Kill a DF user and that's it for that ability while the jutsu can be learned by almost anyone in Naruto. The second Hokage for example was able to create a huge amounts of water very quickly, while he is atypical in terms of an indvidual with such control he was from the village that specialized in fire attacks. There is an entire village dedicated to water, Zabuza was from there, they could capture DF users or just wash them out. Certain characters would survive most any sort of battle we could come up with but would not be able to survive a prolonged war.

They aren't all kids... the Naruto plotline just centers around the grunts of a village coming of age. Each of the five major villages has hundreds of ninjas of varying power. The kids as you call them are the lowest ranked in the village. Any ninja can learn a variety of martial arts and jutsus. The information gathering capabilities favor them as well as the medical capabilities. Their world has more 'magic' which allows them to surpass some of the physical limitations found in one piece. (imagine if Luffy could walk on water)
The one piece storyline has been focusing on the SH pirates who currently are near the pinnacle of strength within their own world... The naruto equivalent would be if the story had focused on Coby instead of luffy. Other than eating a fruit there are far fewer opportunities for growth in OP. Mantra is good but who in the blue sea can do it? The high speed techniques of CP9 could be taught but that is not likely. All that leaves is gun and sword.
Yes the pirates would beat the 'kids' but in terms of world vs world they would stand little chance.

I agree that it depends on who fights who but i think that itachi can defeat anyone in OP since no one from there knows what the sharingon does and his eyes would give an idea of what type of oppenent he is fighting. If all else fails he has susano the altimate defends and offense (as long as he doesnt use his other two eye techniques in the same day

dude..there is enel in OP world, with mantara you can' do anything that's skill is 10000000 times better than sharingan and he's lightning also,he's sick lol,
and there is also aokiji, which mean he can make that ninja frozen and luffy will continue with gomu gomu gatling and bye all of them, don't forget about pluton also, OP world just crazy , sory but it's diffcult match for naruto world

ok those ninjas use techniques that other ninjas can use right? every devil user is uniqe so putting it simple its like a school of white, red and black belts against the freakin X-men...yea not much of a challenge
