My thought for this discussion would be to post a Naruto jutsu (in some detail) and proceed with which OP characters would be weak or strong against the technique.

Naruto's initial signature technique is the centerfold(sexy) jutsu which evolves to harem jutsu.
Basically, he turns into a naked sailor moon and attempts to seduce/distract his opponent. Harem jutsu is the same idea but with multiple copies. This is usually ineffective against women but can be very effective against male characters (especially pervs)
ex.
Sanji would fall for this extremely easily while Zolo would probably be able to control himself. Luffy hasn't really shown as much interest in girls and i honestly don't know how he would react.

Sasuke eventually learns lightning manipulation (Chidori) to the point where he can create solid objects including blades and ranged weapons. A frontal chidori can breakthrough/pierce anything it comes in contact with. His sharingan functions both as a predictor (mantra) and a xerox of his opponents abilities (would not be able to copy fruit power but sanji, zolo, etc would be fair game. This combination allows for a brutal direct assalt which would most definately pierce through even Luffy.
