Ok i'm just curious how will she accomplish drawing the world map...i mean come on before entering the first island in the grandline you need to pick from 5 different islands...they pick Whiskey Pick so how will she know the topography of the other island she missed?

Nah can't be because we don't know how long the log pose will adapt to each island..so if they visit each one then we don't know how many years that will take...

Well she did make maps just from books so maybe while they are traveling she's buying books and making maps of alternate paths.

Right nice speculation but it never showed on the manga nor the anime that nami's buying the book or not...all i can remember is the newspaper brought by the seagull and i doubt there's info about each island printed there....also we don't know how many islands are there and it's not like everything will be covered in the book...

I can only speculate my self but could the lost technology make the difference? I am not expecting them to uncover a Tomtom complete with maps and orbiting gps satellites but having an aircraft could make the task considerably faster and easier.

Wait isn't the last technology the weapon called "Pluto"? If they will get an aircraft i doubt they won't use it much because that will defeat the purpose of having thousand sunny...

Why not get a new ship later in the series?(not unprecedented) One that flies or an additon to thousand sunny.
Was it just the one weapon or are their more of them named after other Greek/Roman gods?
Maybe at the end of the series, Nami will have a personal aircraft(built from dials by Usopp) and fly off to complete her dream.
I still think of Pluto as a planet by the way.

There are 2 Weapons, one of which Tom(from Water Seven) had the Blueprints and one that can be found if you follow the borneglyph(don't know how to write it)

In that way I could only think of Cloud-Dials, but since they don't work down where they are that's not possible, but maybe the SH-Pirates will fly to another Sky Island and get new Dials from there.

I may be wrong but I think he was referencing the planet in our world that recently had it's planet status taken away.

And anyways the weapon is called Pluton not Pluto. And it might not be a warship, even if the greatest shipwrights had possession of the blueprints to Pluton it never stated what it was, just that if the first Pluton is revived they have to build a second.

And the other weapon's name is Poseidon.
